The objective of the Rochester Youth Baseball League shall be to implant firmly in the boys and girls of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger, and happier boys and girls that will grow to be wholesome adult citizens. These objectives will be achieved by providing supervised competitive athletic baseball games.  This supervision, at all times, shall remember that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary to the molding of future good citizens.
